Choose an Available Rental

Choose a rental that fits your needs and budget.

Step 3

Schedule a Showing

Choose an available date & time and submit a pre-screening questionnaire.

Step 4

View the Rental

Be on time for your appointment!  Our agents will not wait longer than 15 minutes!

Step 5

Submit an Application

Each adult 18+ must submit a separate online application with a separate email address.

Step 6

Application Approval/Denial

Applications are typically approved or denied within 5 business days.

Step 7

Sign Lease – Pay Move‐In Costs – Transfer Utilities

All adults must sign a lease agreement, pay move‐in costs,
and schedule the transfer of utilities within 3 days of approval.

Step 8

Complete Transfer of Water & Sewerage

Make arrangements to transfer service on or before your Move-In date.
* The DWSD requires tenants to transfer services on the lease move-in date
along with a $150 deposit, a copy of your lease, photo ID, and Social Security Card.

Step 9

Move‐In

Contact our office to pick up your keys to the property. Don’t forget to have your mail sent to your new address.

Step 10

Complete Inspection

Complete a Move-In Inspection within 7 days after move-in
